Technical Interview

Even though technical interview is pretty broken to many (whiteboard coding, algorithms and puzzles), to big tech companies, it is still the most cost-effective and fair way for hiring talents.

Interestingly, considering the competitiveness of getting a offer from a well-known tech company, I think technical interview is very similar to GaoKao, in a way that, for each individual, they are more like standardized exams than personalized interview.
